Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS. Please ensure your address will accept packages via USPS.

Shipping is free via USPS Flat Rate or standard Priority Mail within the U.S. and its territories, unless you elect Expedited service. This cost is calculated by weight. If actual shipping charges are less than what you paid, you will be refunded the difference.

Most International orders will be overcharged for shipping, as it is difficult to calculate charges when a package can range from 1 lb to 8 or more lbs. Rest assured, we do not make money on shipping, and you will be refunded the difference between cost of shipping paid and actual cost.

Please remember that Priority Mail delivery is 1-3 days within the lower 48. Expedited service should be requested only if you require overnight delivery. If you request Expedited service on a Friday, expect your package to arrive on Monday, not Saturday.

Tracking information is always provided.

We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Purchases made over the weekend or during a holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless it is determined that the seller is at fault. Please contact us at 770.497.6400, option 4, to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
